About us

Build to Suit provides a "design construct" method to construction that speeds the delivery of jobs, makes sure quality and decreases expense. We hand-select the designer that will best fit the customer's requirements. In turn, we get engineers and subcontractors, who do their design in conjunction with the architect for a typical objective. With client input, we manage every action of design, while monitoring cost and schedule. Once building and construction starts, we handle progress, quality and final delivery, consisting of close-out documents, commissioning and a one year warranty.

Exciting development is underway at the previous Story County Medical Center in Nevada, IA! We are proud to be transforming this familiar landmark into 60 new housing systems, bringing fresh opportunities to the community. Residents are anticipated to relocate next year. A Wish Granted! ⭐ Ella, a brave cancer survivor and child of our colleague Chad Houge, just recently had her wish given by Make-A-Wish Iowa - a remarkable journey to Estes Park, CO with her family. This minute advises us that hope, durability, and neighborhood make all the distinction. We're honored to stand behind Chad and his household, and we're incredibly grateful to Big Grove Brewery in Cedar Rapids, IA for hosting the event that helped make Ella's wish a reality. We recently finished a Rec Room renovation for our pals at Ronald McDonald House Charities, transforming the space into a warm, inviting retreat for households. This update features: ➡ Modern, comfortable furnishings ➡ A mix of open event areas and peaceful nooks ➡ A dynamic customized wall covering and rug ➡ Interactive games on the walls and tables These thoughtful touches intend to produce a space where families can unwind, reset, and feel supported. This week we had the chance to host Spencer, a current Regina High School graduate, for a job shadow experience at BTS. He hung out both in the office and out on the job website, providing him a well-rounded, hands-on take a look at how a project comes together from start to end up. We're constantly glad to support students who are pursuing professions in the building and construction industry. It's a benefit to partner with Regina High School and assist introduce trainees like Spencer to real-world experience in the field. We want him all the finest as he heads to the University of Northern Iowa to study Construction Management! As we review Memorial Day, we're advised of the sacrifices made by those who served - and the importance of supporting those who continue to answer the call. ❤ We just recently finished a renter enhancement task for the United States Army in Iowa City, IA. This 1,700+ square foot area will function as a recruitment workplace and includes an open workplace area, a training space, the Section Chief's office, and washrooms. This job is a strong example of our group's capability to provide premium, functional spaces that support meaningful objectives in our communities.
