The seasonal questline leads you to Zarbinzet, where you face the Pandemonium Threshold – a Corrupted Reaper that becomes a repeatable Lair Boss once defeated. This boss offers the best direct drop chances for Mythic Uniques and Pandemonium Fragments, but you need Superior Lair Keys to open its reward cache.

Season 14 transforms Mythic Uniques from a rarity into an item quality. Any Unique can now drop or be converted into a Mythic Unique. Mythic Uniques are always Ancestral, have Unique Powers boosted by 30%, and all other affixes roll at maximum values.

You can obtain Mythic Uniques through four main methods:

• Rare drops: Any Ancestral Unique drop has a very small chance to be Mythic.
