A 2D Profile Projector is a high-precision optical inspection system designed to measure and analyze the two-dimensional features of mechanical components with exceptional accuracy. The system works by placing a component on a glass stage and projecting its magnified shadow (silhouette) onto a large viewing screen using an advanced optical lens system. This enlarged image allows operators to measure critical dimensions such as length, width, height, angles, radii, pitch, and contour profiles with ease and reliability.
